SM/EN series Homogenizer is mainly designed for treatment of heavy fuel oil to achieve multiple purpose for safety, energy-saving ,environmental protection and so on. FEATURES： * Installed in F.O. Purifying System Hard particles (FCC particles )can be peeled (rather than smashed)effectively from heavy fuel oil, which make these particles easier to be separated by purifier , reduce the wear and fault of engine components to protect the engine. The soft asphaltene sludge mass in heavy oil can be effectively broken , dispersed and dissolved, which make these soft asphaltene reach combustible condition, reduce discharged residua , save fuel oil, less fault and easier to clean and maintain for purifier. * Installed in the FO Supply System The soft sludge mass(especially the secondary sludge produced in the service tank ) in heavy oil can be effectively broken, dispersed and dissolved to save energy and reduce trouble of the filters , etc. The fuel quality can be improved by reducing the fuel surface tension, improving the atomization effect so that the fuel oil can burn better. Less caking and wear of cylinder liner can reduce the costs of diesel engine maintenance. *No mechanical contact wear, long service life. No blockage occur during continuous operation for a long time.
